My journey

 

I grew up between high-level sport and human challenges: these two worlds allowed me to observe that the challenges encountered by athletes often match those of any person stress management, performance, personal balance.
Always driven by a passion for personal development, I have oriented my career towards coaching and cognitive and behavioral therapy, convinced that well-targeted support can create real transformations.

  • 2013 – Certified Psychopractitioner

  • 2013 – Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

  • 2002 – Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics and Psychology (University of Paris 7)

Before fully dedicating myself to personal development and coaching, I spent over ten years working in a major American sports marketing agency. I also worked as an agent for elite athletes, which gave me a deep understanding of the challenges, pressures, and needs within the sports world.
Later, I founded K2M Sports Management, an agency dedicated to athlete representation.
