Cognitive & Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT has the particularity of tackling the patient's difficulties in the "here and now" through practical exercises focused on the symptoms observable through behavior and through support from the therapist who aims to intervene on the mental processes considered to be at the origin of emotions and their disorders.
